DCR Library & Information Centre

ICAR- Directorate of Cashew Research (DCR) Library and Information Centre (Formerly NRCC-National Research Centre for Cashew) was established in 1988. The library was accommodated in a small room of the dormitory of the NRCC Experimental Station at Shanthigodu. In 1990, it was shifted to the DCR Laboratory cum Administrative Block building.  In the course of time, the library has grown in size and services and moved to a separate building with a 300-square-meter area in 2006 at Kemminje, Puttur.
